Dar-al-Aman is a transitional housing program offering a culturally grounded, trauma-informed space for racialized women (with or without children) who are experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness.
Dar-al-Aman provides short-term housing and wraparound supports for racialized, immigrant, refugee, and newcomer women navigating housing instability
Who Dar-al-Aman Supports
- Racialized, immigrant, refugee, newcomers women
- 18 years or older
- Currently experiencing homelessness
- Able to live independently in a shared home
